This is just a fun whitelabel name that has no application to any specific server or service. Despite the fact that this application does not gather any PII, the servers you connect to may. If you use this application to communicate with a rocket.chat instance that is not under our control, there is no liability by the publisher for that content. As a reminder Travis Sarbin built the TotC Chat app as a FREE app. This app is provided by Travis Sarbin at no cost and is intended for use as is. If you choose to use his app, then you agree to the collection and use of information (or lack thereof) in relation to this policy.
