travis' brain dump

ok… well i never made it back to my computer this weekend to post up another blog. so, i’ll have to do pictures and stuff later today if i have time.

wow, thats all i have to say about this last weekend. it’s been a VERY long time since i’ve been this tired. lol

Friday was awesome… hung out with Andy most of the day and then we threw him a bday party that night… the turn out was perfect, just the right amount of people and Andy had a blast. The night ended at about 2:30 after Cooley fell off the kitchen counter when he fell asleep sitting up, so funny. I think by the time we all got to bed it was close to 3:30 or so. Needless to say, it was an early morning when Arwen came in at 7:30 to wake me up for breakfast… figuring why not, I stayed up the rest of the day to cleanup. Had enough trash to clean up to fill up one and a half garbage bags, lol. I got most of the house all cleaned up by 10/11 or so and Andy came back over. We FFXI’d it up for a little while and then I couldn’t stay focused long enough to keep playing so I had to quit. The rest of the day was pretty calm until all of a sudden, about 10:30 another party broke out. WTF!? I stood in observance of this one only, no way was I getting involved. It was Howie’s birthday and Jesse asked if he could throw a party for him… *shrug* whaddya do? So, once again the garage was rocked (thanks though for keeping the inside traffic to a minimum guys) Most hilarious moment of the night… Jesse walking around in butterfly wings. Yeah, funny stuff. Actually the craziest part was watching my garage expel 30 something people out into the culdesac at 1 in the morning when Jesse cut the music, opened the garage door and loudly yelled ‘ ok, its over, get the f*#k out! ‘ lol All I could do was just stand out there and observe the madness. So, once all was said and done there, it was back to bed at 3/3:30for the SECOND night in a row. *sigh* lol Arwen came in at her usual 7:30 and woke me up… At least this time she let me go back to bed where I crashed for 3-4 more hours… *whew* Last night I passed out at like 10:30, i couldnt hack it anymore… lol I slept straight through my alarm this morning and finally got out of bed at 8am. I was supposed to be up at 6:45, lol. *shrug* oh well.

This is why I only have one or two parties… A YEAR at my house.

Anyway… I need to get my butt to work. I’ll post more later.

for the record, cooley gets the pwn3d picture for last night. i just need to clean this mess up before i play with the pictures from last night… wow.

ok, here’s the latest updates… most of you have gotten your passes so this won’t apply, but the Colorado and Buddy passes are going off-sale this Sunday (Nov. 5) However, there is hope… evidently vail resorts still offers up a pass called the Ski 3 pass which will cover ABasin, Breck, Keystone and sells for the same as the Buddy pass… $379.00

For you Copper hos, I’ll snag some four passes when you get some passes for Breck, bishes! :)  (jk, but we’ll definitely do some mountain visiting this season)

Stay tuned to the calender on the site as I’ll be setting up notifications for the trips we’ll be taking this year as well as birthdays… get those into me if you know of a trip or birthday so I can post it up. All events are logged through google-calendar to be streamed to this site, so if you’ve got one, feel free to link up to mine.

Copper Mountain Only -> $289.00
Winter Park/Mary Jane Only -> $299.00
Copper/Winter Park/Mary Jane -> $379.00
Loveland Pass -> $279.00

Remember, ABasin and Loveland Pass are already open! Keystone and Copper open tomorrow! Breckenridge is open November 10th and Winter Park follows it up on November 15th!
