Fitness – End of Week 3 Report

This week was an excellent week. Having gotten all the routines down pretty good it’s moving along more smoothly. While the dramatic drop in waist size and weight that occured during the first week doesn’t return for the second week (to be expected) it is most definitely noticible in the picture progression. Some of the features spotted in photo’s from the beginning are virtually and in some cases completely absent. Right now I believe most of the actual weight itself is mostly being balanced back out by muscle return.

Toning of the muscles is definitely apparent and some new definition lines are starting to appear. It’s actually kind of interesting to see such change in definition considering all the weight used is below 30 lbs and the use of reistance bands is so heavily promoted in this. Honestly, 4 months of doing similar exercises with more weight never produced results like this… I guess this adds to the phase work smarter not harder. 🙂

I can definitely feel a difference in clothing. Most of my clothing has begun to relax considerably. Where I had a couple snug spots before are no longer. The only problematic thing is that the snug spots where my quadraceps are I don’t believe is ever going to go away since that entire area is lacking in fat and primarily muscle already. We shall see.

So that’s the end of this weeks report. Onto cool-down week with lots of stretching and cardio before rolling into the next toss up of the routine!

    I gotta admit, you are looking pretty darn yummy these days. ;-D The before and after pics are pretty cool, I can’t wait to see the difference when you are done with the program.
