So… here I sit… same as ever… took a d…

sorry had a beavis and butthead moment there…

well, here I am — joining the sheep of the technological world in creating a blog site. why am i doing this you may ask? funny story.

I got interested because my MySpace account seemed to have this little blog feature and after posting up a couple of times it dawned on me… my blogs were being stored on a public server — that runs… *gasp* WINDOWS! Ok, so thats not the total reason but its part of it. I just seem to have real issues with my personal stuff being out there on someone elses server and me having no control over it. So, seeing as how I have this lovely webserver just sitting out there, why not load my own blog software on there?

I’ll continue to update my MySpace stuff here and there, but I’m really thinking I’m going to take the bull by the horns and maintain my personal website from here on out… much more efficient that way. This is also much faster and much more reliable than MySpace so HAH!

Anyway, this being the first post I’ll close here. I might actually update this thing more often if I can just get into the habit. I mean it is a good idea to keep a journal yeah? lol

hey there… a couple of you have sent me some pm’s about a blog i put up that you can’t access… my apologies to you all but for the time being (maybe permanently) that blog is only allowed to be read by a couple people. it has nothing to do with any of you or anything in particular involving any of you. It’s some personal issues that I needed to put down and those that are allowed to view it have knowledge of those issues and open dialogue with me about them. it was just easier to create a blog that a couple of us could almost use as a posting chat room in order to keep from repeating each other. no big deal.

i love all my friends and especially those who are my “family”, i couldn’t survive without you guys - just know that I appreciate your concern and your friendships mean the world to me.

oh yeah… and i’m not dying. LOL
